Lychee Fruit Health Benefits

Lychee is a small fruit with a sweet smell and taste, it is a tropical and subtropical fruit tree native to the Guangdong and Fujian provinces of China, and now cultivated in many parts of the world. This fruit has a close resemblance to longan and other rambutan fruits.


The outer surface is covered with a red coloured rough textured easily removable rind. Inside it consists of translucent white sweet and juicy fruit.


Lychee contains good amount of antioxidant Vitamin C, Vitamin B-complex and phytonutrient flavonoids.
