Brahmi Herb Health Benefits

Brahmi is a plant that has been used in traditional Indian medicine. The leaves of this plant are succulent, oblong and 4–6 millimeters thick. Leaves are oblanceolate and are arranged oppositely on the stem.

 

The flowers are small and white, with four or five petals. Brahmi may help to improve mental function and memory in people with forms of dementia such as Alzheimer’s disease and age-related cognitive decline or ARCD.
